The Custom Strategic Business Consultancy is a comprehensive package (10 – 12 weeks) that includes: Identifying 1 – 2 Strategic Projects/areas (e.g. Business Lines/Initiatives) for designing and implementing effective Business Solution Work through Initiative (s) identified to flesh out the Strategic Roadmap and Project Plan Organize and Streamline the area identified to ensure effective Processes and Procedures are in place to sustain the Strategic and Business Efforts Providing Business Coaching for Leader in support of achieving the Business Goals – through Accountability Sessions (Addressing Leadership behaviours and processes important to the overall Business Success) Includes 2 weeks ‘Post – Consultation Support’ to monitor sustaining of project, initiatives, behaviours to support success
